Full time Barista

Ritual is a busy coffee roaster & cafe in downtown Prince George. We are looking for a dedicated Barista to join our team.

Ritual Barista Job Duties include:

• Promotes the culture, values, and missions of Ritual.

• Provides excellent customer service to all guests.

• Assists the Cafe Manager as needed.

• Engages in positive leadership.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Maintains the store and anticipates the customer’s needs.

• Someone who always arrives at their shift on time and maintains a consistent attendance.

• Able to work flexible hours that include early mornings, Saturdays, and possible holidays.

• Is a great multitasker and able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.

• Prepares beverages, food products, and handles cash.

• Learns all work stations: Customer Service, Barista, and Sandwich

Ideally an Barista has the following skills:

• Strong communication skills.

• Works well under pressure.

• Strong planning skills.

• Strong delegating skills.

• Punctual.

• Ability to Multitask.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Customer service and restaurant experience.*

We are looking for someone with a minimum of one years experience in a cafe setting. Given the knowledge and the training provided our ideal candidate has the ability to work with us for a minimum of two years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17 per hour + tips (average $5 extra an hour)
